Open Day 22 October!

The Antica Acetaia Andrea Mussini is pleased to invite you to the Open Day to be held on Saturday 22 October!

From 10:00 to 13:00 there will be the opportunity to visit the Antica Acetaia Andrea Mussini at our estate in Via Sant’Ambrogio n ° 55 Corlo di Formigine (MO).

We will let you discover the secrets of the authentic gastronomic treasures in our Modena area: Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena D.O.P.

We will be happy to welcome all participants by inaugurating the event from 10:00 in our Aia to enjoy a delicious breakfast of gnocco fritto, sweets, coffee and many typical specialties of our area.

From 11:00 to 12:00 they will be present to illustrate the aging process of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena D.O.P. the Master Tasters of the ABTM Consortium of Modena.
